As instructors and researchers at University of Victoria and Royal Roads University, Tanis and Jennifer remain up to date on current research and innovations in their fields. Recently, they have conducted research in the areas of workplace decision making, organizational and employee health, and unlocking creative insight on the job, in teams, and within organizations. They have also facilitated research projects in a variety of organizations exploring such issues as communication, diversity, policy, decision making, leadership, and innovation.
